A custom championship belt is made to your own design: your logo, names, metal, plating and strap color. Zees Belts custom belts start at $149.99, the minimum order is 1 belt, and you approve a digital proof in writing before production.

How long does a custom belt take?

Production takes about 5 business days for a Live Custom brass belt, 7 for zinc and 13 for CNC, counted from successful payment and final design approval. Shipping time is added on top, so total delivery is about 10, 12 and 18 business days.

What can I customize?

Each belt is built to your specification, with custom logos, text and imagery, and a choice of metals, leathers and embellishments.

What is the minimum order for a custom belt?

What logo file formats can I send?

You can send your logo as a JPG, PNG, PDF, WebP, PSD or AI file.

What plating options and plate thicknesses can I choose?

Plating options are gold plating, dual plating (gold and nickel) or nickel. Plate thickness comes in 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm or 8 mm.

What details do I need to send before production starts?

Send complete details beforehand, including your text, logos, plate dimensions, leather color and plating options.

Can I change my design after I approve the proof?

You are responsible for carefully checking all spelling, numbers, dates, layout and colors on the digital proof. Changes requested after you give written approval may increase the price or production time, and may not always be possible. Zees Belts will not knowingly make a major design change or material substitution without your approval first. Minor differences between screen colors and the physical belt can happen because of display settings, lighting, plating and the handcrafted process.
