Custom Orders and Design Approval Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026

This policy applies to customized, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, and customer-designed products purchased from ZeesBelts.

1. Customer Requirements

Before production, the customer must provide complete and accurate requirements, including applicable:

• Text, names, dates, and spelling;
• Artwork and logos;
• Plate dimensions and shapes;
• Leather color and size;
• Metal and plating options;
• Paint and stone colors;
• Quantity; and
• Desired delivery date.

A requested delivery date is not guaranteed unless ZeesBelts expressly confirms it in writing.

2. Design Proof and Approval

When a digital proof is included, production will not begin until the customer approves it in writing. The customer must check all spelling, numbers, dates, artwork, layout, colors, and visible details.

Screen colors may differ slightly from physical materials because of display settings, lighting, plating, paint, leather grain, and the handcrafted process.

3. Changes After Approval

Changes requested after approval may require a revised quotation, additional design or production charges, replacement materials, and additional production time.

We will disclose any additional charge before proceeding.

4. Production Time

Normal production time is approximately 15–21 business days after successful payment and final design approval. Complex, bulk, premium, or CNC-manufactured orders may require longer.

The applicable estimate will be displayed on the product page, invoice, quotation, or written confirmation.

5. Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting a logo, trademark, photograph, design, name, artwork, or other content, the customer confirms that:

• They own the content or have permission to use it;
• Production will not violate another person's rights; and
• They can provide evidence of authorization if reasonably requested.

The customer grants Hoorz Sports LLC and its production partners a limited license to use submitted content solely to evaluate, design, manufacture, and fulfill the order.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

We may refuse or cancel a request involving third-party trademarks, copyrighted artwork, sports-team marks, entertainment properties, or other protected content when satisfactory authorization is unavailable.

Payment does not require us to manufacture a design that we reasonably believe may violate law or third-party rights. If we cancel before production for this reason, the unfulfilled amount will be refunded.

7. Material and Design Accuracy

We will manufacture the product materially according to the approved design, agreed materials, and stated specifications.

We will not knowingly substitute materially different plate material, leather type, plating, or a major design element without approval. Minor handcrafted variations that do not materially change the approved product are possible.

8. Pre-Shipment Photographs

When pre-shipment photographs or video are expressly included in the quotation, we will provide them before dispatch.

These do not replace the customer's rights if a product later arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications.

9. Cancellations and Returns

Custom orders are governed by our Cancellation and Order Changes Policy, Returns and Exchanges Policy, and Refund Policy.

Custom products are not normally returnable for change of mind after approval or production, but remedies remain available for defects, damage, incorrect products, or material differences from the approved design.
