SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This policy applies to purchases from zeesbelts.com. ZeesBelts is owned and operated by Hoorz Sports LLC.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION TIMES

Production begins after successful payment and, where applicable, final design, spelling, size, material, or customization approval. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

The estimate is calculated from the applicable product category and selected Live Custom metal. If a written quotation or approved design specifies a different schedule, that product-specific schedule controls.

CHECKOUT DELIVERY MESSAGE

Shopify checkout may display: “Will be delivered as soon as possible based on your area.” The manufacturing estimate is separate from courier transit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

SHIPPING SERVICES

Orders may ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another trackable courier appropriate for the destination. The available service and cost are shown at checkout or in a written quotation. Transit begins when the courier accepts the parcel.

DELAYS, CUSTOMS, AND TRACKING

Customs, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, public holidays, weather, courier disruption, remote destinations, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for applicable import charges unless expressly included in the checkout or quotation. Tracking is sent when available and may take up to 48 hours to activate.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

Products may be manufactured or shipped by authorized production or fulfillment partners in Pakistan or another location identified in the order documentation.
