These Terms of Service govern access to zeesbelts.com and purchases from ZeesBelts.

ZeesBelts is a brand operated by Hoorz Sports LLC. Hoorz Sports LLC is the legal seller and merchant of record for purchases made through this website.

By accessing the website, submitting an order, or approving a custom design, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement. If you order for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

3. Products

We sell championship-style belts, awards, display products, accessories, and custom-made products as described on the applicable product page or written quotation.

Images are intended to show products accurately. Colors and surface appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, display settings, leather grain, plating, polishing, and handcrafted production.

We will not knowingly make a material substitution or major design change without customer approval.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many products are manufactured after an order is placed. “Made to order,” “custom,” “personalized,” or “pre-order” does not mean immediately available for shipment.

Normal production time is approximately 15–21 business days after successful payment and required final design approval. Complex or bulk orders may require longer, as disclosed before production.

5. Prices and Currency

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD).

Applicable shipping, taxes, discounts, and other required charges will be displayed at checkout or in a written quotation before payment.

International customers may incur customs duties or import charges as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

6. Order Acceptance

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee final acceptance.

We may verify payment, inventory, specifications, identity, shipping information, and intellectual-property authorization before accepting or producing an order.

We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, legal concerns, unavailable materials, unsupported customization, or potential infringement.

If we cancel before fulfillment, we will refund the applicable unfulfilled amount.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed using a method offered at checkout. Services may be provided by Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or another disclosed provider.

By submitting payment, the customer confirms authorization to use the method, accuracy of billing information, and that the transaction is for a genuine purchase.

Card statements should display ZEESBELTS or a reasonably similar recognizable descriptor.

8. Fraud Prevention

We may use address verification, security-code checks, 3D Secure, identity verification, manual review, or other reasonable measures.

Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in delay or cancellation and refund.

9. Custom Design Approval

When a design proof is provided, the customer must review names, spelling, dates, artwork, logos, colors, layout, dimensions, and specifications.

Written approval authorizes production. Changes requested afterward may result in additional charges and production time.

10. Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers submitting trademarks, logos, photographs, artwork, names, or other content confirm that they own it or have authorization to use it.

We may request evidence and reject an order when authorization is unavailable.

The customer grants Hoorz Sports LLC and its production partners a limited license to use submitted content only to evaluate, design, manufacture, and fulfill the order.

11. Intellectual Property

The website, original ZeesBelts branding, text, graphics, photographs, layouts, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Hoorz Sports LLC and are protected by applicable law.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and protected material remain the property of their respective owners.

No reference to a third party should be interpreted as sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation unless expressly confirmed on the applicable product page.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes reproduction or sale of third-party intellectual property without required permission.

12. Manufacturing and Fulfillment Partner

Products may be manufactured, inspected, packed, shipped, or returned through Fourzee Sports, an authorized manufacturing and returns partner in Pakistan.

Fourzee Sports is not the merchant of record. Hoorz Sports LLC remains responsible for the sale, customer service, approved refunds, and payment disputes.

13. Shipping

Production, shipping, tracking, customs charges, delivery estimates, lost packages, and address problems are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will communicate material known delays and provide remedies required by law.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and order changes are governed by our:

• Returns and Exchanges Policy;
• Refund Policy;
• Cancellation and Order Changes Policy; and
• Custom Orders and Design Approval Policy.

These policies form part of these Terms.

15. Promotions and Discounts

Promotion eligibility, expiration, minimum purchase, restrictions, and discount amount will be disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, apply only during the advertised period, have no cash value, and refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

16. Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Submit false identity or payment information;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Introduce malicious code;
• Scrape or copy protected content without authorization;
• Use checkout for card testing; or
• Submit content that infringes another person's rights.

17. Warranties and Product Issues

We warrant that products will be materially consistent with the applicable description and any customer-approved design when delivered.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with approved specifications, contact us under the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Except for express warranties and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, products are provided without additional implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoorz Sports LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at purchase.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights.

19. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, customs disruption, carrier interruption, labor disruption, material shortages, or widespread service failures.

We will take reasonable steps to minimize delays and communicate material effects.

20. Customer-Supplied Content Claims

To the extent permitted by law, a customer who knowingly submits unauthorized content agrees to be responsible for third-party claims resulting directly from that submission.

This does not apply to infringement caused independently by Hoorz Sports LLC or its contractors.

21. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, legal proceedings may be brought in courts having jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a claim, but this does not restrict any lawful right to contact a bank, payment provider, regulator, consumer-protection authority, or court.

23. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, policies, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the latest version.

The Terms in effect when an order is submitted generally govern that order unless a change is required by law or accepted by both parties.
