How to Order a Custom Replica Championship Belt

Ordering a custom Zees Belts replica takes six steps. The minimum order is one belt.

1. Choose the belt type. We make brass, zinc, 24K gold plated, CNC, boxing and mini belts.
2. Choose the plate thickness. Thicker plates are heavier. A 2 mm belt weighs about 4 to 6 lb, 4 mm about 7 to 9 lb, 6 mm about 9 to 10 lb and 8 mm about 12 to 14 lb. Boxing belts at 6 mm weigh about 5 to 6 lb and mini belts about 2 to 3 lb.
3. Send your details and artwork. Tell us the text, logos, plate sizes, leather colour and plating (gold, dual gold and nickel, or nickel). We accept artwork as JPG, PNG, PDF, WEBP, PSD or AI files.
4. Approve the digital proof. We send you a digital proof. Please check it carefully. Production starts only after you approve it in writing.
5. We make your belt. Production takes 1 to 13 business days depending on the belt type. See our delivery times for each type.
6. We ship it. Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days to the USA and Canada, 4 to 10 business days to the UK and Europe, and 5 to 14 business days to other countries.
