What is the difference between brass, zinc and 24K gold belts?

Brass belts use solid brass plates and are the fastest to produce. Zinc belts are zinc alloy. 24K gold belts are zinc alloy with 24K gold plating, the premium finish.

How long does production take?

About 3–5 business days for brass and about 5 business days for zinc and 24K gold, counted from successful payment and final design approval. Shipping time is separate.

What size are the belt and the plates?

The full strap length is about 50–52 inches (127–132 cm). The strap is 4–11 inches wide, widest at the center (around 11 to 11.75 inches) and tapering to about 4 inches at the ends. The main center plate is roughly 10–12 inches wide and 8–10 inches tall, and the side plates are about 4–6 inches tall and 3–5 inches wide. Average weight is 5 to 9 lb.
