What is included
One made-to-order championship belt on a full-size leather strap with a machined metal tip and snap closures, a large centre plate, two inner side plates and two outer plates, your engraved lettering, your chosen plating finish and layer build, a digital design proof before production, and DHL Express tracked delivery.

We email a production proof of the final artwork. Engraving starts only after you approve it.

Production and delivery
Made to order: custom belts take about 10 working days to make plus 4–5 working days in transit with DHL Express. We email a design proof for approval before engraving starts.

Artwork and approval
Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo in the builder (a transparent PNG at 1000 px or larger works best). If you have a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), reply to your order confirmation email and attach it — we will use the vector for engraving. Every order receives a proof; production begins after you approve it.

Frequently asked questions
Is the on-screen 3D preview exactly what I will receive?
It is a close visualisation. Plating, enamel and proportions differ slightly in metal, so we send a production proof of the final artwork for your approval before engraving starts.
What is the difference between brass, zinc and CNC plates?
Brass plates are lighter and more affordable; zinc alloy plates are heavier with deeper detail; CNC-machined plates are cut from solid stock for the sharpest relief and the best edge definition. All three take the same plating finishes.
What does a double, triple or quadruple layer belt mean?
Each extra layer is a separate plate stacked on the one below, so the front plate stands further off the strap and the detail reads deeper. Turn the belt in the builder to see the difference before you choose.
Can I use my team logo or a league logo?
You can upload artwork you own or have permission to use. We cannot reproduce trademarked league, promotion or brand logos without documented permission.
How long does a custom belt take?
Custom belts take about 10 working days to make, then 4-5 working days in transit with DHL Express. The date estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
Can I return a custom belt?
Custom belts are made to your approved design, so change-of-mind returns are not available. Damaged, defective or not-as-approved belts are covered under our refund policy.
Can I order two different designs?
Yes. Each design you add to the cart is a separate line with its own Design ID, preview and options.
